- Reside in mainland France or its overseas territories
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Not use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
4. Application Process
When you submit an application through our platform:
- We analyze your profile and forward it to our financial partners.
- The partners evaluate your application according to their own criteria.
- You receive personalized offers if you are eligible.
- You are free to accept or decline any offer.
- Accepting an offer creates a direct contract between you and the lender.
An application through our platform does not guarantee loan approval. Final decisions rest with the lending institutions.
5. Information provided
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your application being rejected, our services being terminated, and potential legal action. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
6. Fees and commissions
Our matching platform is free for borrowers. We do not charge any application, registration, or processing fees. We receive a commission from our financial partners for each successful match. Any fees related to the loan itself (application fees, interest, etc.) are determined by the lender and clearly stated in the loan offer.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (text, images, logos, design, source code) is the property of Privat Equity or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use this content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitations of Liability
Privat Equity cannot be held liable for:
- Credit decisions made by lending institutions
- The terms and conditions of the credit offers presented
- Delays or interruptions of service beyond our control
- Indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services
- Financial losses related to borrowing decisions
We strive to maintain the accuracy of the information on the Site, but do not guarantee that it is always complete, accurate, or up-to-date.
9. Prohibited behavior
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Site
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Site
